The first eclipse of 2024 will be guiding you to focus on and reflect on your personal struggles and relationships ahead of your chance to take decisive and direct action.
During a lunar eclipse, the sun (ego and heart) sit opposite the moon (emotions and desires), putting them at odds with one another. A lunar eclipse reveals energies that help you complete a journey or shift your course in some way. It is more emotionally charged than solar eclipses revealing new insights and the letting go of old perspectives that no longer serve your needs, which, many times can be a turning point in your life by creating significant change in your life. This eclipse will bring things to the surface and catalyze massive changes, beginning and endings.
Lunar eclipses, like full Moons, are revealing. It will expose the truth often in dramatic, abrupt and out of the blue ways. You may find yourself feeling surprised or caught off guard at some of the things you learn about yourself and others. Accept what is revealed for it is an energetic push from the Universe to take you out of stagnant energies and old patterns. If you attempt to cling to energies that no longer serve your growth, you will experience frustration. Find the least dramatic way to release what needs to be released in order to move on.
The lunar eclipse and the month that follows is the time to detach from people, energies, emotions, and habits that no longer serve your evolution. Although these changes can feel very uncomfortable, it is time to break through the barriers, in whatever form they take, that prevent you from reaching and embracing your highest and best potential that lies ahead.
With this all happening in the sign of Libra, the focus is on finding the right balance between the actions you need to take and how those actions impact your relationships. Trust yourself and explore ways to deepen your relationships with those you love. Some relationships may come to an end, shift, or upgrade, as you grow in self-awareness and recognize what needs to change in yourself to have different relational experiences.
Step away from all forms of toxicity.
Release the unhealthy connections and imbalanced relationship patterns that need to be released.
Release outdated ways of being in relationships and become aware of how you get trapped in the patterns that repetitively emerge in your connections.
Let go of all your unwanted or mediocre relationships, as well as any habits or ways of thinking that have been holding you back.
Put up strong boundaries because once you do, you’ll start to meet the kind of people who make you feel good about yourself.

Every ending is a new beginning, every loss paves the way for new growth, and every challenge is an opportunity for personal and relational evolution. Fully embrace the magic and mystery this journey of letting go will present to you and that offer you a chance to step into the future you wish to create.
