CODE OF ETHICS

  1. I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm. If I believe that a client is in danger of harming him/herself, or is in danger of harming another, I will refer that client immediately to a resource(s) equipped to address the issue(s).
  2. I will welcome, respect and honor all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, background, gender, age, sexual preference, gender identity, spiritual beliefs or economic status.
  3. I will represent honestly my Tarot qualifications, including educational credentials and levels of certification.
  4. All readings are confidential, and I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise required by a court of law.
  5. I am NOT qualified and will not give advice for the following: financial, legal, psychological or medical or any other professional service for which I am not qualified. I will recommend clients seek assistance from and consult a qualified professionals.
  6. I will discourage my clients from abusing the tarot reading process or becoming dependent on tarot readings; up to and including my refusal to provide a reading (paid or unpaid), if I believe the client is jeopardizing his or her physical, spiritual, emotional, mental or financial health.
  7. I will not read for anyone under the age of 18 years old.
  8. I will not read for a third party.
  9. I do not offer predictions of any form; therefore I do not do reading for the following: predicting the future, solving crimes, pregnancies, determining paternities, winning lottery number, stock market predictions, locating lost items or persons, names, predicting exact dates of events, illness or other medical conditions, reading about past lives, predicting death or death dates, reading for possible demon possessions, questions related to dark energies or dark magic, or any other inquiry that is colored predominately by fortune-telling. I do not use the cards to identify any form of ‘curses’ or ‘bad energy’ or remove them; and I do not speak to the dead. I do not read for anyone under the age of 18.
  10. As a matter of policy, I reserve the right to refuse services to any one for any reason.
